Playful activity ideas

Color hunt

Choose one color and look for it together around the room. Invite your child to point, name, or bring you a safe matching object.

Sock match

Place a few pairs of clean socks on the floor and invite your child to find two that look alike. Talk about color, size, and pattern.

Move like an animal

Take turns choosing an animal and moving like it. Add words for fast, slow, high, and low as you play.
